Xav-Eight offers a range of options within their shell scheme to provide the look and feel that is individual to your event

Standard modular shell scheme to include
White powder coated Octanorm profiles at 2.5m high
Choice of white foamex, black or light grey hessian (velcro compatible) wall panels
Fascia designs from 300mm deep to 1000mm with various nameboard designs and colours
Integrated ceiling beams for support and to attached lighting

D8/SM modular shell scheme
As above with 2 new profiles to create a modern and stylish look to the shell scheme – combining the universal 40mm up-rights with the 2 new square profiles. These new profiles are at the ends of each dividing wall, corner and centre fascia support up-rights.

Traditional clad shell scheme
Stock panels at 2.4 and 2.7m high
Choice of a painted finish or light grey hessian (velcro compatible) wall panels
300mm deep fascia
Integrated ceiling supports to attached lighting
All open frontages supplied with an exhibitor nameboard

To compliment the shell scheme a range of additional options are available to include shelving, coloured wall panels, lockable storage rooms – and these items can be booked through our online ordering services that has been in place since
2003. This is a valued service for exhibitors across different time zones and those with limited time and helps then concentrate on their own businesses and takes the stress away from exhibiting.

Bespoke Schemes

With more and more exhibitors looking to increase their awareness and corporate identity at major exhibitions by opting for the space only option. Using our in-house design facilities we are able to help exhibitors explore the best options and make effective use of the space.

Xav-Eight has the expertise to meet your every need. From the start we will help you with your ideas and turn the concept into reality. Through our design expertise we will give your stand that individual touch.

We have both the facilities to construct traditional timber clad stands and modular using the Octanorm system. From 9sqm stands up to 100sqm double decker stands.
Unlike traditional methods of bespoke stand construction, the re-usability of Octanorm components completely eliminates the need for any significant initial capital outlay.

Utilising the Octanorm modular system and exploiting its unique versatility, numerous design options can be created and tailored to meet specific individual needs. This is yet another major factor in the on-going quality service offered by Xav-Eight.

Walling – Using 2.50 metre high white powder-coated Octanorm profiles to form stand backs and dividers to shell scheme stands.
Infill Panels – Choice of white foamex or light grey, velcro compatible fabric covered wall panel inserts.
Fascia – 300mm deep fascia to all open frontages. This fascia to be constructed from 2 no. 70mm deep beams with a 160mm deep, solid colour infill panel. Colours available are white, blue, green and red.
Ceiling Grid – Integrated ceiling grid system to shell scheme stands.
Nameboards – Standard white name panels printed with plack instant helvetica medium lettering 50mm high uppercase. To contain exhibitors name and stand number only.
