Frequently Asked Questions

Below is a selection of commonly asked questions and their respective answers.

Shell

How high is the shell scheme – please see shell specification on the downloads page

What colour are the wall panels – please check the organisers, exhibitor manual

What is the visual size of the panels, to apply my own graphics – 950mm x 2340mm

How can fit posters and artwork to the wall panels – either hook/loop velcro, or double sided tape. Which must be removed after the event. We can print and insert graphic panels for you

Can I screw, nail or paint the panels – No

Electrics

Which socket should I order and how many watts do I need – please see socket loading list on the downloads page

When will the post be ready on my stand –

Can I move my socket and spotlights once installed – the spotlights can be adjusted and pointed in certain directs. We ask that you fill in and send a plan with location of the sockets, as there may be an onsite cost to move move installed, and this will cause delay to stands on the block being energised

Furniture

What are the sizes of the furniture – please see furniture brochure on the downloads page

When will furniture arrive on the stand – if it is an advance order prior to build, it will be delivered the day before the event opens. If ordered onsite, it will be delivered in the morning prior to the event opening

Floorcovering

What colour is shell scheme and event aisles carpets – please check the organisers, exhibitor manual

Can I choose a different colour carpet – please go to our carpet page, or online order for the event

When will the carpet be laid to the stand – before the stand is built

Graphics

Can I fit my own graphics – yes, but everything has to be removed at the end of the event
