Our Team
Simon has over 25 years in the exhibition and events industry, having previously been MD at Xav Eight. Heading up the business Simon takes charge of the day-to-day duties and responsible for the delivery numerous contracts in the United Kingdom and Europe.
Simon is keen on most sports, having won International honours at hockey, and is a long distance runner. Simon has completed various marathons Cardiff, London, New York 2009 and Paris,
Simon was an ESSA (Event Service Suppliers Association) Board member from 2009-2017.

Having a wealth of experience in the industry, Mark heads up Xav-Eight electrical division, and overall responsibility of internal operations. Mark will oversee running of Projects across the UK and mainland Europe.
If Mark isn’t onsite, you will find him at the gym, he has also completed the 2011 Paris Marathon, 2012 London Marathon, various obstacle course races, and actively participates in group fitness activities.

Liz has 9 years experience in the exhibition and events industry, with 10 years prior experience in the Finance and Investment management industry.
Liz has achieved a Masters in Business Administration from Cardiff University and a Masters in Engineering Mathematics from the University of Bristol, and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Liz is a keen swimmer and yoga enthusiast.

Ruby is a new addition to the team.
A keen footballer, and has represented Wales at junior level many times.
She had completed her As-Levels and keen to work on exhibitions.
